Any orders that are flagged by our WEBSITE for any reason ( incorrect billing CVV etc ) will require additional information such as a photo of ID and proof of address. Orders flagged will take longer for shipping since these orders are skipped over during order normal process and shipping hours until the OWNER reviews and approves/denies the orders. As much as we appreciate aåll orders we must protect ourselves first and take all precautions before shipping any flagged orders to assure there are no frauds. 

GLOWEFACE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.

If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies you will be completely refunded.

Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus and social distancing practices orders may take 7-8 business days to process and ship.

For International shipping please allow an additional 7-8 business days.

Orders placed on the weekend and holidays are processed on the next business day.

USPS is responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office.
